Shipping Information

Estimated Delivery Times

• Ontario Deliveries: 3–5 business days
• Quebec Deliveries: 4–6 business days
• Other Canadian Provinces: 5–10 business days, depending on location

Additional Shipping Charges:
Extra fees may apply for:

• Inside apartments deliveries
• Remote or hard-to-reach locations.

Warranty & Returns

Manufacturer Warranty – 30 Days

All Pineoak Furniture products come with a 30-day limited manufacturer warranty, covering defects caused by manufacturing or workmanship issues.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Return Policy – 7 Days

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and packaged in the original box
• Products must be free from physical damage, except verified transportation-related damage
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
• All refunds are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team

Once approved, your refund will be processed promptly (excluding shipping and handling fees).

Excluded Shipping Regions

We currently do not ship to the following areas:

• PO Box addresses
• Canadian Territories: Northwest Territories (NT), Nunavut (NU), Yukon (YT)

Concealed Damages

If any concealed damage is discovered after delivery:

• Please report it within 3 days of receiving your order to our service department.
• Most issues can be resolved through replacement parts or a product reorder, depending on availability and product condition.
