Pineoak Furniture Inc – Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

At Pineoak Furniture Inc, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide you with beautifully crafted furniture and a seamless shopping experience. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns, refunds, warranties, and shipping.

General Return & Refund Policy

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Change of Mind or Mistaken Orders: Returns made for reasons other than product defects are subject to a 35% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • How to Initiate a Return:
    Please email info@pineoak.ca with your order number and reason for return.
    A Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions will be provided.

  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, even if the order qualified for free delivery.

  • Refund Timeline:
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds (excluding shipping and restocking fees) will be processed within 1 business day of inspection.

Warranty Policy

  • Warranty Coverage:
    All Pineoak Furniture products include a 30 days limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • Mattresses & Box Springs:
    Warranty coverage is provided directly by the manufacturer. Pineoak Furniture will assist with pickup and delivery arrangements, though shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • How to File a Claim:
    Email info@pineoak.ca with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue and the full product
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Warranty Exclusions:
    Warranties do not cover:
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence
  • Discoloration from sunlight or heat
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Natural variations in wood, fabric, or leather texture and color

Shipping Guidelines

  • Ontario Deliveries: 3–5 business days
  • Quebec Deliveries: 4–6 business days
  • Other Provinces: 5–10 business days depending on location

Concealed Damages

If concealed damage is discovered after delivery:

  • Please report it within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Most issues can be resolved with replacement parts or a product reorder, depending on the situation.
